Subset M Plan Of Action
- PHASE 1: ASSESMENT -
The first step taken by Subset M is to make a complete assessment of needs, goals, strengths and weaknesses of the client and their online “business machine”.
- PHASE 2: PLAN DEVELOPMENT -
After the initial assessment is made, the company will prepare and hand over recommended marketing strategies and technology upgrades (if needed). Based on the feedback of the client, a marketing plan will be developed. At this juncture, Subset M and the client will agree upon a path forward and set concrete milestones and accountability into place.
- PHASE 3: UPGRADES AND IMPLEMENTATION -
